They often need very little help to do so as well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here are some ways you can ensure a good latch right from the start:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You need to <\/span><b>find a sweet spot<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> you can stay in for some time. While some experts recommend a reclined position, you can do whatever is comfortable for you.
